Walls are constructed for unmatched strength, noise reduction and thermal control. Matching walls and post colors eliminate ugly "zebra stripes" associated with traditional in-plant office systems. No-maintenance vinyl facings resist marring and stains to keep your office looking clean and neat. Seismic rated for zone 2A.

All Offices Include:
1. 3"-thick interchangeable 8'H Wall Panels. Made with two 5/8"-thick type-X Gypsum panels laminated to a polystyrene core and covered with a 4-mil maintenance-free vinyl. Excellent sound reduction with an R-9 thermal insulation rating. Offices over 12'W utilize a 9'H wall panel.
2. Steel posts and support channels match the wall panels to eliminate ugly "zebra stripes." Panels are interchangeable and can be removed without disturbing adjacent panels. Channels act as concealed raceways for electrical, computer and phone lines.
3. Pre-hung 20-ga. steel door with a 20" x 30" window has a 16-ga. steel frame with tight-seal gasket jamb and lockset. 7'H x 3'W x 1-3/8"-thick hollow door is standard right hand swing (left swing available upon request).
4. Corrugated steel roof deck controls noise and dust while providing thermal insulation. Optional 125 PSF load-bearing stage roof available.
5. Acoustical ceiling with suspended non-combustible tiles and 2 x 4 light fixtures (bulbs not included).
6. Electrical features include: lights, switch, receptacles, plates, junction box and conduit run in post to ceiling. Wiring and ceiling conduit is not included.
Storage Roof Option: Store products and supplies on the roof. Supports up to 125 PSF. All steel beams and column inserts are fully fabricated and ready for assembly. Units over 16'W use 9'H walls. Price includes roof and suspended ceiling with lights and electrical.
