Reduced Exterior Height Is Ideal for Low Ceilings

Air bypass hoods maintain a smooth, uniform flow of air into the fume chamber. Opening above and below reduce fluctuations in face velocity while viewing sash is adjusted.
Specifications: Two sizes: 48"W and 72"W (both are 48"H x 30"D). Both feature molded, one-piece, seamless liner. Polyresin construction inside and out gives excellent chemical resistance and flame retardance. Counterbalanced sash, composite resin baffle and built-in airfoil ensure smooth operation. Vertical-raising viewing sash is made of 1/4" clear, tempered safety glass with frame and track made of chemical-resistant PVC. 115V/60 Hz. Low-Profile blowers are remote mount, belt-driven, epoxy-coated steel. Allow up to 25' of 10"-dia. ducting to maintain 100 fpm face velocity. Optional Base, Acid and Flammable Cabinets measure 35-1/4"H and 22"D. Nos. 29261W and 29263W are 48"W. Nos. 80992W, 80993W and 80994W are 36"W. Two (2) 36"W cabinets are required for use with 72"W cabinets.
Note: Explosion-proof models are not equipped with switches. Switches must be installed individually to comply with local codes.
