Fixed Emergency Lights run for about 1-1/2 hours, not long enough in extended power outages or if generators fail. Be ready for safe evacuations with portable light that lasts up to 24 hours (12 with both lamps). Lights come on automatically if power is interrupted. Keep them plugged in to keep them fully charged. Firesafe enclosure is made of rugged 20-ga. steel. Powder-coat safety yellow finish won't chip or rust. Flexible heads let you aim beams. Units have a top-mounted carrying handle, detachable 6'L, 120V cord, two external on/off switches (one for each lamp), ammeter and internal charger. Recharges in 12 hours. Batteries have seven-year average life. Top-end battery access. Full-length piano hinge. Two super-bright 6W or 20W halogen sealed-beam lamps.
