Preventative maintenance and safety inspections are crucial for the safe operation of forklifts. Attach one of these Holders to each forklift in your facility to improve the safety of workers and help comply with OSHA requirements.
Specifications: Holders are ABS plastic and can be easily attached to forklifts with cable ties, wires, bolts or other fasteners (not included). "Do Not Use" message is imprinted on Holder to warn of failed inspection. Inserts have an inspection checklist on one side and columns for dates and signatures on the other. Kit includes 10 Holders, 10 Inserts and a pen.
