Replace fragile, expensive quartz cuvettes with UV-transparent disposables and forget about cross contamination or tedious cleaning and maintenance. Suitable for DNA, RNA and protein analysis. Compatible with most commercial spectrophotometers and photometers without an adaptor. Ideal for most applications between 220-900nm.
Specifications: Chemical resistance is superior to PS or PMMA cuvettes. Use with most polar organic solvents, acids and bases. Made from scratch-resistant materials and compatible with chemicals such as acetone, butanone, DMF and concentrated hydrochloric acid. Grouped by manufacturing mold cavity number to ensure the lowest variation in extinction coefficient. Semi-Micro Cuvettes require just 1.5mL of sample volume; Ultra-Micro Cuvettes with 8.5 or 15mm window heights, require only 70µL; Macro 100 requires 2.5mL. Path length is 10mm for all. Polypropylene Cuvette Rack has 16 numbered positions and is autoclavable to 121° Square Caps fit Semi-Micro and Macro Cuvettes. Order Caps separately.
