Unique probe design positively identifies the correct circuit. Patented Smart Meter technology offers dial-free adjustment. Magnetic back attaches to electrical panels to free up your hands while testing. Integrated outlet tester with GFCI test function verifies correct wiring before tracing circuit. Compact, snap-together design has integral lead and probe storage. When used with No. 148337 (sold separately), it can trace switches, light fixtures and other wiring. 9V battery included.
Accessory Adaptor Kit is for use with No. 148336 to trace switches, light fixtures or other live wiring not terminated with an outlet. Extra-long insulated leads quickly and easily attach to wires. Plug-in transmitter fits into screw-in base to trace wires.
Scan-Test™ 5-in-1 Multiscanner combines a stud finder, metal detector, live wire tester, outlet tester and GFCI tester in one-everything you need to install electrical boxes, switches and outlets. It scans for wood, metal studs, metal pipes and other objects. Integrated noncontact voltage detector tests for live wires. Built-in metal marking tip marks stud edge or pipe location. Self-contained design includes integrated outlet and GFCI testers. 9V battery included.
