Epoxy-Coated Steel Liner Resists Solvents and Mild Acids

The ideal solution for areas with low ceilings or narrow aisles such as mobile labs or classrooms. Choose a 4' or 6' width either fully assembled or unassembled (one person can complete the assembly in about one hour).
Specifications: Hood constructed from 16-ga. epoxy-coated steel. Includes counterbalanced sash made from 3/16"-thick, clear tempered safety glass, air foil, two-piece adjustable baffle, 100W incandescent light fixture, built-in blower and 10"-dia. duct collar for connection to the exhaust. Hood assembled size: 47"W (4') or 70"W (6') x 25"D x 53"H. Right side panel accepts up to three service fixtures. Nos. 30521 and 80677 also include two switches. Blower, located in top of hood, can be located above hood or roof mounted. Blower in 4' hood provides 720 cfm at 0.25" S.P. Blower in 6' hood provides 1120 cfm at 0.23" S.P.
Place hood on optional Base Stands or on Standard Acid or Solvent Storage Base Cabinets combined with Epoxy Work Surfaces. All 4' cabinets measure 35-3/4"H x 48"W x 22"D. For 6' hoods, select any combination of two 3' cabinets (35-1/2-36-3/4"H x 36"W x 22"D) for maximum flexibility.
