This plug features a nonlinear acoustical design with a calibrated filter inside its stem. This allows most low-level sounds to be heard clearly during wear.
Specifications:Yellow end provides ambient protection that allows you to hear low-level sounds like conversation and footsteps. When loud impulse noises occur, the filter reacts instantly to suppress the noise to a safer level. Green end safeguards your hearing in high-noise environments such as those around aircraft, vehicles and machinery. Either way you wear them, you get reusable comfort.
