Transparent box creates a controlled environment for handling delicate intstruments with bare or gloved hands.
Specifications: Molded from clear acrylic. Measures 26"H x 36"W x 20"D. Each side has an entry opening with a 7/8" flange, 12" O.D. and 11 3/4" I. D. Foam rubber gaskets on the outside and removable covers. Front glove ports have an external 1" flange, 8" O.D. and 7 3/4" I.D. to accept bare-hand entry or standard glove-box gloves (sold separately). Weighs 50 lbs. Iris Port allows entry to Glove Box without using long sleeve gloves, giving easy access and withdrawal while maintaining a good seal. Made of ten layers of silicone latex rubber. Clamping Ring holds gloves in place. Bare Hand Entry Cover fits Iris Port, preserving interior environments when Glove Box is not in use.
