Rugged outer grill protects horn from the environment, weather conditions and vandalism without reducing sound level. Works great as a general alarm, start/dismissal of job shifts, coded paging and process control signalling in areas where sound output exceeds ambient noise levels.
Specifications: Features a die-cast zinc housing with a black corrosion-resistant polyurethane finish. Horn sound is produced by the electro-mechanical vibration from its stainless steel diaphragm. Capable of producing coded blasts or sustained tones. Can place on just about any surface--flush or semi-flush mounting on walls, panels and cabinets. Sound output level is 100dB nominal at 10'. Effective up to a radius of 200'. 120V AC, 50/60Hz.
Compliance: NEMA 4X/IP 65 Rating. CSA certified. UL listed. Approved for Class I, Division 2, Groups A, B, C, D and Class II, Division 2.
