Photo Ionization Detectors, or PIDs, allow you to tune the display reading to a specific target gas. A user-programmable list of five factors gives you access to your most commonly encountered hazards. Because of their compact design, you can take them anywhere, from outdoors to confined spaces.
PID Monitors feature 69 factory-loaded, response factors so you can target a particular gas. Backlit dot-matrix displays and high-intensity audible/visual alarms. Measure from up to 100' away. Simple one-button calibration, TWA and STEL readings with peak-hold memory. Time-delay, power button prevents unintentional shut-off. They measure 2.1"H x 3"W x 10"L.
Both include battery pack, lamp, nylon carrying case, 6"L probe, maintenance tool, instruction manual and start-up card. Choose from 10.6eV lamps and Li-Ion or replaceable AA Alkaline battery packs. A variety of Accessories and Replacement Parts are available.
