Reinforced beaded edges resist breakage and help in centering the bottom inside the cover. Dishes remain clear after repeated use in wet or dry sterilization cycles.
Specifications: Covers and bottoms are clearly marked and color coded for easy identification when sorting and assembling pairs. Covers have a fused-on, red ceramic enamel marking spot and the word Cover. Bottoms have a white ceramic enamel vertical arrow and the word Bottom.
