Lockout/Tagout Starter Kit Includes: Six 1-1/2in keyed-different padlocks (two each of blue, gold and red), one 2 1/2-5in valve cover, one large plug lock, 50 lockout checklist forms, four hasps, 10 vinyl "Do Not Start" tags, 50 cable ties and one copy of 29 CFR 1910.147.
Specifications: Hasps are made of rustproof, hardened steel with red vinyl coating. Padlocks are heavy-duty aluminum with chrome and a hardened steel shackle. Five-pin tumbler and double steel locking mechanism. Cable ties pass 50-lb. pull test.
Electrical Lockout Kit Includes: Two single-pole circuit lockouts, two universal single- and two universal multi-pole circuit lockouts and two different types of wall switch lockouts.
Specifications: Circuit lockouts fit a range of circuits. Wall switch lockouts let you lock a switch in "on" or "off" position.
Valve Lockout Starter Kit Includes: One red 1-2 1/2in valve cover, one red 2 1/2-5in valve cover, one red 5-6 1/2in valve cover, one red 6 1/2-10in valve cover, one small ball valve lockout and one large ball valve lockout.
Specifications: Valve covers enclose valve handle to help prevent accidental and forced entry. Durable plastic construction. Polypropylene ball valve lockouts totally encapsulate ball valves and help prevent unintentional start-ups.
