Protects the operator and the laboratory environment from contamination from particulates such as bacteria, dusts, pollen, toxic powders, aerosols and smoke-even bloodborne pathogens. Suitable for work with agents that require Biosafety Level 1, 2 or 3 containment when no product protection is required.
Specifications:HEPA filter removes 99.99% of particulates down to .03 microns. Upper cabinet and back made from epoxy-coated steel. Front sash and side panels are scratch-resistant 1/4"-thick laminated safety glass. Sash swings open for easy loading and cleaning. Sash is angled at 17° for less glare and easier viewing. Glare-free fluorescent lighting is positioned outside the work area. Control panel monitors differential pressure across the HEPA filter and indicates when service is required. 115V, 60 Hz. 2' Workstation: 100 fpm @ 153 cfm, 2.5A. 36-3/4"H x 23-3/4"W x 25-1/8"D. 3' Workstation: 100 fpm @ 253 cfm, 2.5A 36-3/4"H x 35-3/4"W x 25-1/8"D. Recirculate exhaust air back into the room, or attach to your ducting system with the Exhaust Connection Kit. Order with or without the factory installed 254 nm germicidal UV Light.
