Maintenance Lockout Kit includes: three universal circuit breaker lockouts, two universal wall switch lockouts, two plug lockouts, six padlocks (three red and three yellow), two colored valve covers, one ball valve lockout, 25 vinyl “Do Not Operate” tags, six hasps, 50 nylon cable ties, one procedure binder and 25 procedure forms. Plus 10 universal gray bonded pads, one tube of repair putty, one box of Kimtowels®, one 25'L extension cord and one flashlight.
