Constructed with either a pin cast on the top leg, or with a bolt hole to allow the use of an anchor. Anchors not included. Handrail Guards are a safe, effective way to prevent skaters from attacking handrails. Install 1/3 to 2/3 of the way down the railing. Secure Handrail Guard with two screws (included).
