This stable, weighted unit has a keyed lock to deter vandalism and can be bolted down to prevent theft and keep it from tipping over.Galvanized steel construction with a Uni-Koat™ powder coating and stainless steel snuff plate to stand up to weather. Removable, galvanized liner is easy to lift out and empty from either side of the Receptacle. Unit can be bolted down with 3/8"L lag or concrete bolt (not included).
