General-Purpose (43196) contains a light-duty, 2% silicone ideal for hot or cold molds. Use on acrylics, cellulosics, ABS resins, polystyrenes, polyesters, wax and rubber.
Food-Grade Silicone Mold Release (43197) is a non-staining, non-corrosive formula effective at mold temperatures from 40^o-500^oF. Ideal for many materials including wax, rubber, wood, ceramics and most plastics. Makes an excellent lubricant on slides, conveyors, guides and packaging equipment. Meets FDA regulations when no more than 10ppm is applied. No. 43197 meets 21 CFR 178.3570 as a release agent in the manufacture of food contacting materials.
Dry Film P.T.F.E. with Krytox (43198)^® in a non-silicone mold release with anti-stick properties that resist transferring to finished parts. Allows for multiple releases per application. Compatible with most moldable resins, elastomeric compounds, urethanes and styrenes. Won't attack rubber, paints or metals. Recommended for low- and high-temperature molds.
