Specifications: Receptacles are constructed of heavy-gauged, hot dipped galvanized steel, making them fire safe and weather resistant. Leakproof rigid plastic liners. Leg levelers provide stability on uneven surfaces. Bags fit neatly between liner and receptacle so the edges won't hang out. Top is attached with a heavy-duty stainless steel hinge.
