Finding a blood vessel in small babies and children up to three years old can be difficult. This device can help you place an IV more easily by improving your view. The strong LED is bright and does not emit heat like other lights, making it safer for delicate skin. This palm-sized light is easy to use, allows one-handed operation and is small enough to use inside an incubator.
Specifications: Designed to sit on a flat surface to allow a baby's arm to be draped over it. Can also be held in your palm with the baby's limb pressed against it. Light wavelength is 629nm. Includes two AA batteries.
