Four-Stage Air Drying System Easily Installs in Existing Air Lines
Four-stage process gives you clean, dry air for your paint spraying, air gauging or lab equipment. Four-Stage Air Drying System starts with an integral filter/regulator. A particulate filter with a 5-micron, sintered bronze element removes moisture, scale, dirt and rust. Next, a high-performance regulator reduces primary pressure to a desired setting. Third stage has a fine (0.01 micron absolute) coalescing filter to remove microscopic particles from the air. The final stage is a desiccant dryer where air is dispersed through a 70-micron element. The element distributes air evenly through the desiccant bed. The desiccant adsorbs the water vapor from the air, producing a -40ºF pressure dew point. Then the air is sent through a 40-micron filter element to remove all traces of desiccant dust.
