Biodegradable Dye Tracers are Easy to See and Use for Quick Visual Detection
Visible fluorescent Dyes make water flow patterns easy to see, track and map in lakes, reservoirs, septic systems, piping and all other bodies of water. Bright, vivid, ecologically safe colors are easily detected in clear, deionized water in the range of 100 ppb of active ingredient. Choose Tablets, Liquid Concentrate, Powder or Wax Cake, Cone or Donut dye tracers.
FLT Yellow/Green color is excellent for high silt or red clay backgrounds. This dye fluoresces green (520nm).
FWT Red is fluorescent and a good choice for use in greenish or yellowish water with a lot of algae. Red dye fluoresces orange (588nm).
FLT Orange can be used as an alternate where neither Yellow/Green or Red would provide proper contrast.
FLT Blue is frequently used for decorative effects, evaluation of household systems and where blue may be more acceptable to public view. Blue dye is for visual detection only and cannot be seen under ultraviolet light or detected by fluorometry.
Industrial Blue, formulated with Acid Blue 9, is often used in fountains, ponds and streams for decorative effect. Acid Blue 9 is not recommended for use in or around potable water sources. Blue dye is for visual detection only and cannot be seen under ultraviolet light or detected by fluorometry.
Industrial Red dye is made with Rhodamine B and should not be used in or around potable water sources.
