Holders (No. 159195) are ABS plastic and can be easily attached to forklifts with cable ties, wires, bolts or other fasteners (not included). “Do Not Use” message is imprinted on Holder to warn of failed inspection.
Inserts (No. 159196) have an inspection checklist on one side and columns for dates and signatures on the other.
Kit (No. 159197) includes 10 Holders, 10 Inserts and a pen.
