Supplied-Air Hoods Protect Wearer's Head, Neck and Face
Simple, effective Bullard Supplied-Air Hoods are durable enough to reuse, but economical
enough to discard after one use if desired. Lightweight protection for head, neck
and face improves comfort and productivity. A patented neck cuff design helps to maintain positive pressure inside the hood and keep
contaminants out. Inner collar inflates as air enters the hood, providing
a snug, comfortable fit around the neck and continuous airflow to the
wearer’s breathing zone. The wide-angle plastic lens optimizes safety
and productivity with a large field of vision. Hoods are roomy
enough for eyewear and facial hair. No fit test required. Replaceable
snap-in suspension (sold separately) provides comfort and maintains field of vision during use.
Hood with Standard Bib (No. 24533) is made from Tychem® QC, which is coated
with polyethylene to provide excellent splash protection against
acids, bases and other liquid chemicals.
Double-Bib Hoods (No. 38169) offer additional overspray protection. Made from
Tychem coated with Saranex™ 23-P for protection against a
