Each galvanized steel Cargo Hoop measures 24"W x 35"H. Fits 1-1⁄4" square tubing. Includes two Cargo Hoops and hardware (two U-shaped bolts and four washers and lock-nuts). Once mounted, the hoops may be left on the cargo bar for future use or removed completely.
