Shipping and Delivery Q&A
If I place an order today, when will it ship out? When you need it, we've got it. Orders for in-stock products ship by the next business day. See our Terms and Conditions. When you're in a real hurry, rely on our guaranteed overnight or second-day delivery. For an additional charge, you can choose from two options:
Orders shipping via UPS must be made by 4 p.m. CT for next-day or second-day options. Orders shipping via FedEx must be in by 1:30 p.m. CT. Although every attempt is made to process rush orders placed via the web by the stated times, we cannot guarantee your shipment will ship the same day. If you want guaranteed, same-day rush shipping, please call 800-356-0783 to place your order. What happens if a product I order is considered hazardous? Products considered hazardous for shipping may require Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS), special packaging or handling, and additional shipping charges. Call 800-356-0783 extension 5209 to request specific details and charges. What happens if a product I order is damaged in shipment? We take great care in filling, checking and packing your order. If, however, your merchandise is damaged during shipment, please note the damage on the delivery receipt and call us at 800-356-0783. Orders are shipped FOB Janesville, WI, or factory, at our discretion unless otherwise agreed to by Lab Safety Supply. We prepay and add shipping charges. We also ship to Canada. Please call for details on our consolidated shipments. Do you ship to locations outside the U.S.? Yes we do.
