Laboratory Stretch Film and Test Tube Seal Feature High Resistance to Heat, Chemicals and Tearing
Transparent, polyethylene-based DuraSeal Laboratory Stretch Film and Test Tube Seal are free of adhesives and resistant to essentially all organic solvents and caustic agents—liphatic, aromatic and chlorinated solvents, strong acids and bases. Durable and heat-resistant, they let you cover incubation containers in boiling water baths without melting like paraffin-based alternatives. Both elongate up to 800% before breakage, so tearing is minimal.
Test Tube Seal is 1"W x 150'L.
Laboratory Stretch Film has no interleaf paper to strip away, just stretch over container openings for drum-tight, air-tight and waterproof stretch seals. Clings to itself. Softens above 100°C. Compatible with solution microwaving. Available in 2", 4" and 5" widths.
