How Do I....

Full Service Embroidery
No setup charges and no minimum order!

Items available for embroidery

Clothing
• Clothing items can be embroidered with up to 17 characters and spaces for text. Choose from five letter styles—block, upper/lower, script, narrow or swoosh. Up to three lines can be embroidered. (See Examples below.)

• Typically, employee or individual names are embroidered on the upper-right chest of a garment
Company/Dept. names (or other text) are typically centered over the left chest.

Baseball Caps
• For text only, baseball caps can be embroidered with two lines of information with a maximum of 17 characters per line. If a standard design is selected, one line of text will be arched above the design.

Standard Designs
• Choose one of our General Designs or Public Safety Designs to complement your company/department name. The standard designs can be resized accordingly, depending on the garment space. Most designs are approximately 2"H x 2"W.

How To Order
Standard Embroidery

1.Watch for this symbol!

Clothing and Baseball Caps with this symbol can be customized with embroidery.

2. Choose the type of embroidery you want. We can embroider text only or your business/dept. name with a standard embroidered design.

3. Select a letter style and thread color that you prefer. Choose from the five text options shown at right: BLOCK, SCRIPT, UPPER/LOWER, NARROW or SWOOSH. Choose a thread color that best contrasts with the garment you’ve selected (see options at right).

4. Place your order two ways! Our friendly customer service representatives will be happy to assist you at 1-800-356-0783 or complete the Embroidery Instruction Form (pdf) and mail/fax with your order form (pdf) to 1-800-543-9910. (Keep a copy for your records.) Online embroidery orders are not available at this time. Please call us today and we'll show you how easy it is to customize your purchase!

Note: Embroidered items are considered to be custom orders and, as such, are not returnable unless the mistake is due to LAB SAFETY SUPPLY's error. Please double-check size and color choices before you order.
