Noise absorber partitions promote a calm, acoustically friendly and stress-free environment by improving communication and concentration among employees. Partitions absorb noise generated by compressors, pumps, punches, fans, motors, presses, grinders, hoppers, conveyances, etc.
Specifications: Enclosures are designed to surround the noise source on three to four sides (straight sections and curved sections) to eliminate reverberation from walls and other machinery. Partitions (or straight sections) can be used to separate or divide noisy machines and equipment, or close off an area within the plant that generates noise. Each panel has a fiberglass core covered with a gray vinyl-coated fiberglass facing cloth which is resistant to oil, grease and mildew and can be wiped clean. Grommets along top of each panel allow for hanging from roller hooks and track. Hook-and-loop fasteners on vertical edges connect adjacent panels. Each modular kit section includes steel track and connectors, 2-wheel nylon roller with 1" swivel hooks and QFM panels. Install track by suspending it from overhead supports with chain, threaded rods or directly to beams.
