Acid Storage Cabinets Won't Rust or Corrode
Acid Storage Cabinets have a top surface that includes a liquid-tight polypropylene tray in case of spills. Tray holds up to 3-gal. of spilled liquid. 1"-thick, nine-ply plywood finished with epoxy paint won’t corrode like metal cabinets. Entire wooden hinge assembly eliminates hinge deterioration. Each includes one fixed-position shelf. Cabinet floor is a liquid-tight spill well to contain spills. Polypropylene lock assembly includes a padlock and two keys for security. Available Fully Lined or Partially Lined with a 1⁄8"-thick polypropylene lining that helps protect cabinets against aggressive acids including nitric acid.
Fully Lined Cabinet has the floor, interior walls, interior top, shelf and top tray lined with polypropylene.
Partially Lined Cabinet has the floor, shelf and top tray lined with polypropylene. Capacity of both cabinets is 30 2.5L bottles or 90 500mL bottles.
Optional Polypropylene Compartment (No. 23473) fits into the top half of either cabinet listed above and can also be used with your existing cabinets. This isolation compartment slides in to semi isolate nitric acid or nitric acid spills from other products stored in the acid cabinet. Holds five 2.5L bottles.
