Allows One-Person Raising and Lowering

In seconds, a single worker can set the System up and raise or lower him/herself to the required working level. Should an emergency rescue be needed, a topside worker can easily use the System to retrieve the incapacitated person.
Specifications: System includes a head assembly with roller pulley, high-capacity kernmantle rope (break strength 5600 lbs.; suitable for use in anti-spark areas), friction-lock rope control handle that can be stopped at any position, 3'L shock-absorbing manyard with one end sewn directly to the handle and a locking snap at the other end for attaching directly to the operator's harness and two sturdy carabiners. At only 15 lbs., the entire System is lightweight and compact-a versatile and rugged positioning device for mobile workers.
Note: Divide rope length by four to determine maximum working length. A separate lifeline must be employed when System is used as a positioning device.
