Photo Ionization Detectors, or PIDs, allow you to tune the display reading to a specific target gas. A user-programmable list of five factors gives you access to your most commonly encountered hazards. Because of their compact design, you can take them anywhere, from outdoors to confined spaces.
Specifications: PID Monitors feature 69 factory-loaded response factors so you can target a particular gas. Backlit dot-matrix displays and high-intensity audible/visual alarms. Measure from up to 100' away. Simple one-button calibration, TWA and STEL readings with peak-hold memory. Time delay power button prevents unintentional shut-off. They are 2.1"H x 3"W x 10"L. Include battery pack, lamp, nylon carrying case, 6"L probe, maintenance tool, instruction manual and start-up card. Choose from 10.6eV or 11.7eV lamps and Li-Ion or replaceable AA Alkaline battery packs. A variety of Accessories and Replacement Parts are available.
