Protect materials and equipment in welding areas from sparks and molten splatter with these light- to heavy-duty blankets.
Specifications: For light sparks and spatter, 12-oz. olive drab Cotton Blanket resists flame, water and mildew. Toughguard is heat-cleaned, 18-oz. fiberglass material that takes temperatures up to 1000°F. Provides economical protection against light to moderate molten splash. Well suited for heat treating. Color is tan. Blackflex's fiberglass material is strengthened with a neoprene-based coating on both sides. Withstands continuous exposure to 400°F, intermittent exposure to 750°F and will shed molten metal up to 3000°F when on an incline of at least 15°. Ideal for heavy-duty applications.
