OFFICIAL RULES
Promotion is governed
by the laws of the United States, with venue in Rock County,
Wisconsin and all claims must be resolved in the United States.
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. A PURCHASE WILL
NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING.
1. ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal U.S. residents.
Employees of Lab Safety Supply Inc., its advertising and promotional
agencies, any government employees and any employees of companies
involved in production, execution or distribution of this
promotion ("Sponsor and its agents") and immediate
family and household members of each are not eligible.
2. HOW TO ENTER: Fill out all the information in the refer-a-friend document accessible from your LSS E-Newsletter. You must remain registered on labsafety.com to be eligible. During registration at labsafety.com, you must provide required information,
including your name, phone number, mailing address and a valid
e-mail address. Once your refer-a-friend document is received by Lab
Safety Supply Inc., you will automatically be entered into
our monthly product drawing. There is a limit of one entry per person
per monthly drawing. If entering the sweepstakes or acceptance
by you of any prize is a violation of your company's policies,
do not enter. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected,
incomplete or misdirected entries. Entries become the property
of the Sponsor and will not be returned.
3. ENTRY DEADLINE: Entries must be received
by 11:59:59 PM CST on the last day of the month to be eligible
for that month's drawing. The sweepstakes will continue from
month to month until further notice.
4. PRIZE: One(1) monthly prize drawing will
be awarded each month, consisting of: an 18 gallon, 6.5 horsepower Shop Vac®. The monthly
product drawing will be awarded to the individual named in
the selected entry, provided that individual meets all requirements
stated herein. All applicable taxes on prize are the sole
responsibility of the winner. Approximate retail value (ARV):
$199.00
5. DRAWING: Winner will be determined in
a random drawing from all eligible registrants on www.LSS.com.
The random drawing will be held on or about the first business
day of the month and will be conducted by Sponsor, whose decision
is final in all matters. Odds of winning depend on the number
of eligible entries received. Potential winner will be notified
by e-mail, phone or certified mail.
6. GENERAL: By entering, participants also
agree: (a) to be bound by the Official Rules; (b) that the
decision of the Sponsor is final on all matters relating to
the promotion; and (c) to release Sponsor and its agents and
their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, and affiliates,
and each of their respective officers, directors, employees
and agents from any and all liability, loss or damage arising
out of participation in this promotion or with respect to
awarding, receipt, possession use and/or misuse of any prize.
Sponsor reserves the right to end the sweepstakes at its sole
discretion.
7. DISPUTES: All issues and questions concerning
the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability
of these Official Rules or the rights and obligations of entrants
in connection with the Sweepstakes shall be governed by, and
construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Wisconsin,
without regard for conflicts of law doctrine, and all proceedings
shall take place in that State, in the County of Rock.
