Designed for Easy Installation and Use

WeatherHawk Weather Stations come fully assembled, so within minutes you can begin monitoring weather information. All components are tested and calibrated before assembly so you don’t have to do it! For use, simply install the included software in your PC; then take the unit out of its box, plug in the solar panel (sold separately), place it in the desired location (on a post or tripod) and turn it on. It doesn’t get any easier than this!
Specifications: Available in four configurations: RS-232 hard-wired, 916 MHz wireless (USA), 922 MHz wireless (Australia, Israel) and 2.4 GHz wireless (global). Wireless units can transmit data up to a half mile under typical line-of-sight conditions. All include sensors for air temperature, relative humidity, barometric pressure, rainfall, solar radiation, wind direction and wind speed. The sensors are contained in a protective case that also houses the on-board microprocessor, rechargeable battery pack and spread spectrum radio transceiver. An internal datalogger records up to three weeks of hourly data. The battery is recharged using the AC Converter or one of the Solar Panel Kits, sold separately.
