HUBBELL® Hands-Free Light Switches
 
Trouble-free sensors save energy by efficiently controlling lighting loads, turning lights on automatically when someone enters a specific area, and off when they leave. All have push-button control for quick, accurate setting of ambient light threshold, plus an LED display to indicate sensor status. Adaptive technology enables sensors to automatically adjust the time delay—no need for manual adjustment. A front press switch allows area occupants to switch from Auto to Momentary Off mode, holding operation for 30 min. after last motion detected before returning to Auto.
Passive Infrared Wall Switches require line of sight to detect body heat in motion. Best suited for smalled enclosed spaces—offices, conference rooms, storage closets, small breakrooms and copy rooms. Switches provide high density coverage of up to 1200 sq. ft. A two-color LED indicates sensor status. A soft-tone alert provides audible indication of sensor time-out 12 seconds before lights go out. Use on 120 or 277 AC circuits. No. 147208 features a concealed manual adjuster that lets you set time delay from 20 seconds to 30 min.
Ultrasonic Wall Switch requires no line of sight to detect occupancy. Works well in areas with obstructions—restrooms and storage areas.
Dual Technology Wall Switch combines the advantages of infrared and ultrasonic. Maximum reliability makes it a recommended choice for enclosed offices. Manual override switch. Red LED indicates passive infrared; green indicates ultrasonic.
