Fixmaster® Magna-Crete
Replaces Concrete to Make Faster Repairs at Virtually Any Temperature on Many Surfaces
From –15° to 2000°F (–26° to 1090°C), this high-performance, magnesium polyphosphate-based system outperforms conventional concrete on dry surfaces. (Can be applied to damp surfaces as well.) Magna-Crete cures faster than concrete, and unlike concrete, bonds to new and old concrete and most construction materials--including wood, glass and steel. Use in place of concrete for a variety of applications, including those that undergo heavy-duty wear.
Specifications: Does not require special bonding agents or complicated curing procedures. Can even be applied overhead or on vertical surfaces of any thickness with only minimal surface preparation. Simply mix and apply at temperatures from –15° to 130°F (–26° to 54°C). Once set--after 10 to 90 minutes depending on application--it can be walked on, built on or driven over. Compressive strength is 2500–3000 psi after two hours; 13,000 psi after one year. Resists chemicals including caustics, salt solutions, airport fluids, automotive spills, bacteria and UV light. One gallon covers 4.8 sq. ft. (0.45m
2) @ 1/4" thickness. Gray.
Please Note: Do not add water. Water will weaken Magna-Crete.
