• Impact resistant and flame retardant insulating material • Two-color insulation for easier inspection and overall safety If the yellow under layer is showing, the tool may no longer be insulated properly and should be replaced and/or removed from service. Rated for exposure up to 1000V AC and dielectrically tested at 10,000V AC. >Nos. 104712 and 104714 include sizes 3/16–5/8". Nos. 104713 and 104715 include sizes 5–12mm.
