Lockout/Tagout Training Program Includes: One 15-minute video ("A Life Is on the Line"), 10 employee guides, one leader's guide, one copy of 29 CFR 1910.147 (OSHA's Lockout/Tagout Standard), 10 completion training cards, one employee training log and one sample pack of tagouts, warning labels and cable ties.
Spanish Lockout/Tagout Training Program Includes: The same contents as No. 31004 except the employee guides are in Spanish and the training video is dubbed over in Spanish.
Group Lockout Training Program Includes: The same contents as No. 31004 except it contains one 20-minute video "Your Lock is Your Key to Life".
