Specifications: Center has several compartments to hold all your lockout and confined space supplies. Yellow acrylic background is highly visible. Two clear upper pockets provide easy viewing of contents. Three yellow pockets below hold binder, entry permits and various supplies. Use the binder to hold your lockout and confined space policies and procedures. Can be attached to the center with a chain (included). Center has three pre-drilled mounting holes and is available stocked or empty. Stocked Center Includes: 25 entry permits, 25 vinyl "Do Not Operate" tags, 50 nylon cable ties, one 2-1/2in to 5in valve cover, two lockout hasps, one lockout/confined space binder, eight 1-1/2in keyed-different padlocks (two each of blue, gold, green and red), one small ball valve lockout and one copy each of OSHA Standards 29 CFR 1910.146 (Confined Space) and 29 CFR 1910.147 (Lockout/ Tagout).
