Filled Lockout Center contains six steel padlocks with 3/4"L shackles, 25 laminated plastic “Locked Out Do Not Operate” tags, 25 plastic ties, two “Locked Out Do Not Operate” tag label hasps, three 1"-dia. hasps, two 1-1/2"-dia. hasps and 25 lockout safety booklets.
Specifications: Store your lockout tags with the rest of your supplies in the two-divider, clear poly pocket which measures 5-7/8"H x 23"W x 4"D. Wall mounting is fast and easy with the predrilled holes.
