Specifications: Clear lid lets employees see for themselves that each power source is truly locked out. Made of LEXAN® polycarbonate. Box has 16 inside pegs to hold keys of locked-out equipment and accepts up to 27 padlocks around the perimeter in 1/2" dia. holes. Primary lock hole will easily accommodate a 5/16"-dia. hasp padlock. Box with Hinged Lid dimensions: 11"H x 12-1/2"W x 4"D. Box with Sliding Lid adds security and works well with long-shackle padlocks. Measures 10-1/2"H x 12-3/4"W x 3-1/4"D. Procedure Box keeps appropriate paperwork convenient. Two 1/4" dia. mounting holes. Black. Attached Lockout/Tagout Procedure Box lets you store necessary paperwork with your locks. Simply attach to your lockout box with the included push tabs. You may need to drill two 1/4" dia. holes to accommodate the push tabs. Easy to move from job to job with the molded handle.
