Industrial Floor Coating System

Protects Floors Against Chemical Exposure or Heavy Traffic Abuse Whether you need moderate-, moderate-to-heavy- or heavy-duty protection for your floors, we've got you covered! Moderate-Duty Water-Based Epoxy: Simple to apply by brush, roller or spray to properly prepared new or uncoated concrete and previously painted floors. Low odor makes it ideal for enclosed areas like food and beverage plants, hospitals, schools and clean rooms where solvent odors aren't acceptable. Use in conjunction with the Moderate-Duty Activator in a 1:7 ratio. Apply at temperatures between 60°F and 100°F. Moderate/Heavy-Duty Epoxy: Ideal for floors exposed to heavy forklift truck traffic and frequent chemical spills and washings. High abrasion resistance makes it the choice for steel and concrete floors. Mix with Moderate/Heavy-Duty Activator in a 1:1 ratio. Apply mixture by brush, roller or spray, to properly prepared new or previously uncoated concrete and previously painted floors. Can be applied between 60°F and 100°F. Use the Moderate/Heavy-Duty Thinner No. 41073 for thinning or cleanup. Heavy-Duty Epoxy: Exhibits excellent abrasion, impact and chemical resistance, and is recommended for industrial floors exposed to heavy foot and rubber-tired vehicle traffic, as well as intermittent chemical spills, splashes and power washings. Mix with the Heavy-Duty Activator in a 1:1.6 ratio. Apply to sound, clean, properly prepared concrete by rubber squeegee and rolling with a short nap roller, at temperatures between 60°F and 80°F. Perfect for use in food processing and beverage plants or anywhere fumes aren't tolerated. Use Thinner No. 41073 for easier cleanup. Heavy-Duty Concrete Patching Compound: Suitable for indoor or outdoor use on cracks, voids and holes in concrete warehouse floors, ramps, garages and other industrial areas. Convenient 1:1 mix ratio with aggregate premixed in base compound. Apply at temperatures between 60°F and 80°F, but not below 50°F. Cures to an extremely hard surface that's up to three times stronger than concrete. Excellent impact and abrasion resistance; good chemical resistance. No priming required. Use Thinner No. 41073 to wet trowel for easier application and cleanup. Light-Duty Acrylic Floor Sealer: Clear, water-based acrylic coating is designed for use on new or old uncoated concrete to prevent dusting, or on previously coated floors where deterioration of the old coating has dulled the finish. Protects against mild chemical spills, dirt and other waste build-up. Low odor and easy clean-up. Ready for use in only 16 hrs. Non-Slip Additive: Add one bag of additive to each gallon of floor coating, or apply directly after the floor coating is applied. Offers excellent skid resistance where oil or water spillage is a problem. Cleaner/Degreaser Concentrate: 100% concentrate removes deeply embedded oil and grease from concrete. Dilutes easily for a variety of cleaning strengths. Non-caustic, non-abrasive and non-acidic--safer to handle than solvent-based cleaners. Cleaner and Etching Solution: Recommended for preparing concrete floors in warehouses, light manufacturing facilities, garages, machine shops and other industrial areas prior to coating. Removes dirt, soil and chemical contaminants, and neutralized active alkali. Etches a sandpaper-like profile on concrete floors to promote optimal coating adhesion. Easy-to-use, no mixing required. Please Specify a Color: C (clear), N (navy gray), S (silver gray), Y (safety yellow). |
