Specifications: Plastic Thermostat Guards are constructed of high-impact plastic. Designed for offices, restaurants or other businesses where lightweight, medium protection is required. Clear plastic covers allow the thermostat to be displayed. Opaque covers hide thermostats. All-plastic guards include both a solid base and ring base except the Elite Series (solid base only). Metal Thermostat Guards are constructed of 18–22-ga. steel and finished with durable baked enamel. Cover permits equal air flow from any direction and cannot be jammed or twisted open. Ideal for schools, industrial plants and military installations where maximum protection is needed. All-metal guards include both a solid base and a ring base, except the Elite Series (solid base only) and the Sentinal Series (choose solid base or ring base). All models come with locking key and mounting hardware. Thermostat Guards can be installed in a vertical or horizontal position.
Note: Ring base is for installation over existing thermostats. Solid base is for new installations for added strength.
