Para blocks should not sit in a dry urinal because they dissipate in air. Nonpara blocks shouldn’t sit in standing water. So what’s the best choice? Chloroscent blocks with bleach. These products can be used in either situation and last twice as long as para and nonpara blocks.
Specifications: Screens dispense bleach into the water every time the urinal is flushed, which helps break down uric salts and leaves behind a light bleach scent. Individually wrapped Screens prevent debris from being flushed down the urinal and contain no dyes to stain urinals. Use with any acid bowl cleaner. Not for use with concentrated ammonia.
