Use these cutting surfaces to prevent three types of cross-contamination. The hook makes it easy to carry and lets you avoid body/apparel contact. Boards hang on wire shelving for safe drying and storage. Color-coded system lets you use different colors for different tasks. The Smart Chart included with each Six-Board System graphically reminds workers to use different cutting boards for different tasks.
Specifications: Boards measure 15"W x 20"L x 1/2" thick. Durable co-polymer construction won’t dull knives and prevents unsafe cut-grooving that can hide dirt and bacteria. Material is resistant to heat, chemicals and warping so you can wash it in any commercial dishwasher. Six-Board System includes one each of blue, beige, green, red, white and yellow cutting boards plus a FREE Smart Chart. Individual Cutting Board lets you add or replace boards as needed. Cutting Board Hanging Rack is designed to safely store boards in a space-saving, sanitary way. It hooks onto virtually all wire shelving and is dishwasher safe.
