Aerosolv® Makes Aerosol Can Recycling Easy. Easy-to-use system relieves pressure in empty aerosol spray cans

No special training or external power source needed. Lets you collect and recycle residual solvents and recycle empty, depressurized cans as scrap metal rather than as regulated hazardous waste.
Specifcations: Threads onto 2" bung of any 55-gal. drum. Just insert an inverted aerosol can and tighten sliding plate to engage. Press handle; puncture pin pierces the spray end of can. Residual contents are safely collected inside drum. Install the Combination Filter on 3/4" bung to reduce flammable V.O.C. emissions. Lower portion of filter removes airborne liquid; replaceable activated carbon upper portion absorbs vapor. Complete Package also includes grounding wires and safety goggles. Complete instructions included. Made of D-712 Grade Aircraft Aluminum. All parts are Type 308 stainless steel. Repair Kit includes one carbide tip puncture pin with O-ring, two Viton^® gaskets, one stainless steel spring, two bridge pins and one tube of lithium grease. Deluxe Aerosolv incorporates a lockout and shutoff mechanism that positively seals the unit from the drum when not in use, eliminating hazardous vapor escape. New carbon cartridge signals saturation by changing colors. Teflon®-coated body is easier to keep clean. Package includes Deluxe Aerosolv, padlock, key, 32-oz. bottle of degreaser, grounding wire, safety goggles and complete instructions.
