Specifications: Memory function allows the user to program up to 20 (10 on the MF-50) different sample testing parameters including temperature, time or % delta of moisture change. Parameters can be entered from the balance keypad or downloaded from a computer. Up to 100 data measurement results can be stored in the MX-50 (50 for the MF-50). Four measurement modes provide flexibility. Standard stops the analysis when the moisture content changes less than a preset rate for desired HI, MID or LO accuracy. Automatic Complete stops the analysis when moisture content changes less than a user defined rate. time and manual modes (480 minutes maximum). Three different operation modes give the unit versatility. Quick mode allows you to apply high heat initially and then ramp down so the sample does not burn. Step mode provides for multiple temperature step changes over programmed time periods. Standard mode provides constant temperature. Five display modes: moisture content, solid content, weight, Atro (dry base) moisture, Atro solid and weight. Data collection software is included and allows easy uploading of results for documentation and analysis. The MX-50 is standard with WinCT® -Moisture software for real-time graph display when connected to a PC. The MX-50 sensor can also be calibrated with the optional temperature calibrator. Large, bright vacuum fluorescent display (VFD) is easy to read even in low-light areas. Self-check function tests the operation of the heater and temperature sensor. Convenient Quick Operating Guide swings out from under the analyzer. 51g maximum sample capacity. Drying temperature: 50–200°C. Pan size: 2.16". Overall size: 4.4"H x 5.46"W x 8.1"D.
