Autoclavable and Reusable

These reusable Wipers offer a superior combination of cleanliness, absorbency and abrasion resistance. They’re steam autoclavable for use in aseptic environments. Use them in oxidation, metallization, CVC deposition and photolithography process areas, for breakdown cleans in front end fab and suite construction or for flat panel, optics and chamber cleans.
Specifications: 100% continuous filament knit polyester with ultrasonic sealed edge works well with IPA, acetone and other solvents. Double-knit construction provides excellent loft and hand characteristics. Critically low particles, fibers, ions and extractable residues. Compatible with ISO Class 3 cleanroom applications and above. Basis weight: 132g/m2. Biaxial Shake test: 0.45 x 103/cm2. Absorbency: 470cc/m2. They are 450µm thick and have 0.05 fibers/cm2. Laundered and packaged in an ISO Class 4 cleanroom.
