Whirl-Pak® Coli-Test™ Bags

No Bottle Necessary So You Save Money!

Replace expensive bottles with the Coli-Test Bag. The bag is made of a special barrier film that is compatible with Colilert® or Colitag™ reagents and other media. (Colilert and Colitag are both powdered reagents that are added to a water sample. After a 24-hour incubation, the sample turns yellow if coliforms are present.) It’s sterile and contains 10mg of active sodium thiosulfate to neutralize chlorine. If sample is not chlorinated, this bag can still be used because the sodium thiosulfate will not affect the sample. It is nontoxic and nonnutritive and only neutralizes chlorine if present.
Specifications: 100mL bag has 4 oz. and 100mL fill lines. Completely self-standing--no rack or holder is needed to keep the bag upright. 7-1/4"H x 3"W, 2.5-mil thick.
